We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same as you order. In general, please add 2-3 business day to allow for processing, If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will advise either in the item description, or by email at our earliest convenience. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Simply Beans orders are dispatched in line with high quality standards, all orders are photographed before dispatching to record the quality of the packaged goods. We do not take responsibility for any damages occurred during shipping, if you wish to insure your order to protect yourself against damages that may occur during transit, please contact us and we will arrange insurance at your expense.

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
There is no refund or return available for roasted coffee, tea or other consumable items.
