Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same as you order. In general, please add 2-3 business day to allow for processing, If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will advise either in the item description, or by email at our earliest convenience. If you have a question about lead time on an specific item, please contact us at [email protected] with your questions.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Simply Beans uses multiple freight carriers to ensure your delivery is done within a timely manner.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Shipment to P.O. boxes
  • Simply Beans ships to addresses within Australia
  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Simply Beans orders are dispatched in line with high quality standards, all orders are photographed before dispatching to record the quality of the packaged goods. We do not take responsibility for any damages occurred during shipping, if you wish to insure your order to protect yourself against damages that may occur during transit, please contact us and we will arrange insurance at your expense.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Simply Beans Return/Refund Policy

There is no refund or return available for roasted coffee, tea or other consumable items.

Returns other items

  • Returns/Refunds are only available to an unused item within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please email [email protected] in the first instance to arrange return of purchased items.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Once item has been received by Simply Beans client will be notified by email or phone to discuss options available to them.
